Qualifications

• 2+ years of anti-financial crime experience in crypto.
• Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate financial crime risks.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, especially Sheets and Docs.
• Comfort with using AI/tech for automation.
• Familiarity with Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM and FIU practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial investigations and write SARs/STRs.
• Monitor and adjust to volume fluctuations to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Use advanced data tools and spreadsheets for analysis.
• Handle multiple priorities including individual production and ad hoc projects.
