Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Amazon Listing Content Specialist to manage the accurate implementation and publication of SEO content across Amazon marketplaces. This execution-focused role uploads titles, bullets, product descriptions, backend search terms, A+ content, and other listing assets through Seller Central and flat files.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon content uploads, and the ability to troubleshoot publishing errors, listing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience uploading and publishing on Amazon Seller Central.
Ability to quickly learn Helix and ZonGuru for listing engineering.
Strong knowledge of Amazon flat file templates and compliance.
Experience troubleshooting listing/content upload errors with Seller Support.

Responsibilities

SEO Content Upload & Publishing: take finalized content assets and publish on Amazon – titles, bullets, descriptions, backend terms, A+ content.
Flat File Management: prepare and upload flat files to publish content live with correct formatting.
Issue Resolution: troubleshoot content upload errors and listings suppressions linked to publishing content.
Content QA: ensure published content matches approved output with correct field mapping.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with SEO/content teams on priorities and timelines.
Seller Central Support (secondary): assist with broader Seller Central inquiries as needed.
