Join BairesDev as a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows and multi-agent systems. You will drive autonomous decision-making, tool calling, and orchestration across complex, long-running tasks while ensuring security and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with designing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
• Proficiency with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of transformer architectures and tool-calling patterns.
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent coordination strategies and orchestration layers to handle complex, long-running tasks.
• Enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic tool calling within AI systems to automate end-to-end processes.
• Optimize agent performance and reliability through advanced observability and transformer architecture fluency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with real-world business value and operational requirements.
• Establish robust governance and safety guardrails to ensure secure and compliant agent deployments at scale.
