Virtual Assist is seeking a proactive AI & Automation Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support while helping the team leverage AI to boost productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will manage emails, coordinate scheduling, and implement AI-powered workflows across operations, sales, and customer support. Strong English, 2–3 years VA experience, and a passion for AI tools are required.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience creating SOPs and process documentation (preferred).
• Experience with AI tools and automation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and organize email inboxes and administrative communications.
• Provide day-to-day VA support to leadership and team members.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Identify processes suitable for automation and streamline them.
• Create, test, and improve automated workflows to reduce manual work.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and technologies for business ops.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for admin, ops, sales, marketing, and customer support tasks.
• Create and optimize AI prompts, templates, and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Assist with integrating AI into existing workflows.
• Train team members on AI tools for their roles.
• Connect and automate workflows between business apps when appropriate.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems and workflows.
