Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, Python.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to understand business processes quickly.
• Self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and execute with minimal guidance.
• Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and delivering practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, data processes, and bottlenecks with business teams.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations and lightweight apps.
• Leverage APIs, SQL, Python, and low-code tools to move quickly.
• Connect systems to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
