Urrly, Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered automations across healthcare workflows. This remote role welcomes candidates in LATAM and the Philippines, with a focus on delivering fast, tangible improvements.

You’ll prototype solutions, integrate APIs and data sources, and ship lightweight apps and dashboards that reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor.
• Experience with APIs, SQL, Python.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to understand business processes quickly.
• Self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and execute with minimal guidance.
• Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and delivering practical solutions.

AI Automation Engineer (Remote – LATAM & Philippines)

Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company as a hands-on AI-native builder focused on making real business workflows faster, clearer, and less manual. You’ll work directly with teams across operations, finance, clinical, and other business functions to understand how work gets done, find bottlenecks, and rapidly build practical tools using AI, automation, APIs, SQL, Python, and low-code technologies.

This is not a traditional software engineering role. It’s for someone who can walk into a department, quickly understand the process, spot what’s inefficient, and build something useful—often in days rather than months.

Role Details

• Location: Fully remote; open to candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines
• Compensation: USD 3,500–5,000 per month, flexible for the right candidate
• Experience level: 2–4 years of relevant experience

What You’ll Do

• Work with business teams to understand workflows, data processes, and operational bottlenecks.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered automations, internal dashboards, lightweight applications, and workflow improvements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, APIs, automation platforms, SQL, Python, databases, and low-code technologies to move quickly.
• Connect disconnected systems, reduce repetitive manual work, and improve accuracy across key processes.
• Build reporting tools and internal applications that improve visibility and help teams make better decisions.
• Identify practical ways to apply LLMs, AI agents, and related tools to improve productivity or accuracy.
• Own projects from problem discovery through deployment, iteration, and measurable business impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, automation, data engineering, technical operations, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs, databases, SQL, Python, and integration tools.
• Experience building lightweight internal applications, dashboards, or workflow automations.
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to understand business processes quickly.
• A self-starter who can identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without extensive specifications.
• Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and building practical solutions that solve real operational problems.

Prior forward-deployed engineering experience is not required. What matters most is demonstrated building ability, resourcefulness, business intuition, and the ability to deliver useful solutions.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you’ll have independently identified and deployed multiple improvements that measurably reduce manual work, improve operational visibility, increase accuracy, or accelerate key business processes.

You’ll be evaluated primarily on the business value of what you build—not lines of code or technical complexity.
