Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and end-to-end automations from Windmill to MCP, integrating Slack, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and more.

You will build prompts, validation checkpoints, and robust evaluation for AI solutions, ensuring security and compliance while collaborating with global stakeholders on a day-shift schedule from a remote setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

3+ years in software engineering, systems integration, or automation engineering.

Responsibilities

Build enterprise-grade AI agents and end-to-end automations using Windmill, n8n, Claude Enterprise, and MCP integrations.
Integrate agents and workflows across core business platforms using robust APIs, webhooks, and secure tools.
Design prompts, retrieval systems, and human-in-the-loop validation over knowledge bases and Snowflake datasets.
Execute structured evaluation frameworks and automated test suites to measure agent accuracy, reliability, and drift.
Lead intake discovery and business process mapping with stakeholders to scope high-impact automations with ROI baselines.
Monitor live production automations for usage, cost efficiency, and performance drift; resolve incidents.
Enforce security guardrails (least privilege, SSO, secrets management, prompt defenses, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
Enable teams with training, runbooks, and scalable agent patterns.
