Design prompts and validation checkpoints while ensuring security and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software engineering or automation with hands-on LLM experience, and strong Python or TypeScript skills. Day shift, work-from-home setup offered.

• Experience deploying production-grade LLM/AI solutions.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents and end-to-end automations.
• Integrate agents across Slack, Zendesk, M365, HubSpot, and Snowflake.
• Design prompts, retrieval systems, and validation checkpoints.
• Run evaluation frameworks and tests to measure accuracy and drift.
• Lead discovery and map automations with ROI baselines.
