Job summary

An international fintech company is seeking an AGILE Training Coach to guide agile transformation for teams across Europe. This remote position requires 5+ years of experience in Agile Coaching, especially in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. The Coach will work closely with Product Owners and development teams, enhancing agile practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. A Scrum Master Certification or SAFe Agilist is a must. Competitive salary ranging from £115k to £150k, paid in USD, with 35 days of annual leave.
