GrowthAssistant connects top marketing and operations talent with fast-growing companies that depend on great execution to scale. We're hiring an Affiliate Lead for a fixed-term coverage engagement, leading a team of Affiliate Assistants and Specialists during their peak season.

You will host daily stand-ups, provide QA, manage escalations, and draft SOPs while closely coordinating with the Agency Ops team.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience on this specific affiliate marketing account is strongly preferred, given the short ramp time.
• Strong affiliate marketing experience is required at minimum.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with affiliate marketing assistants or specialists.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to fast response times, and stay detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Availability for a fixed-term engagement starting the week of November 9th with overlap.

Responsibilities

• Host daily stand-ups with the shared services pod to drive engagement, manage workload, and re-calibrate priorities.
• Provide internal QA for a team of Affiliate Assistants and Specialists, and hold the pod to SLAs and KPIs.
• Work closely with the Agency Ops team and proactively communicate needs, opportunities, and blockers.
• Act as the initial escalation point and document escalations to reduce recurrence.
• Draft SOPs and training tools; create and improve training material as functions change.
• Complete affiliate marketing tasks directly alongside the team as needed.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to ensure quality and consistency of tasks.
