GrowthAssistant is hiring an Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing DTC brand's affiliate program. You will source creators with 20K+ followers and strong engagement, and perform 100–200 personalized outreaches weekly via DM and email.

You’ll also manage the affiliate inbox, coordinate product samples, track outreach, and send weekly pipeline updates. You’ll work as the operational layer of the program, with client leads maintaining approvals and ongoing

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, including creator outreach and onboarding.
• Ability to manage 100+ personalized outreaches per week with warmth and professionalism.
