MicroSourcing International seeks a Digital Advertising Operations Team Lead to supervise a day-to-day operations team, manage campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting for clients. You will plan coverage, coach staff, and handle escalations while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes managerial leadership over production tasks, with hands-on support when needed and a strong focus on client service and process adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Ad Operations experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading an operational team.
• Hands-on platform experience with at least one major ad tech platform listed above.
• Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel, plus Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities, assign and prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Plan coverage, monitor delivery, and ensure client commitments.
• Coach employees and provide performance feedback and follow-up.
• Manage escalations, risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Represent the team in governance meetings and client reviews.
