Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Operations Team Lead to supervise a day-to-day digital advertising operations team, coordinating campaigns from setup to reporting. This remote role requires strong leadership, clear communication with clients, and hands-on experience across major ad platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Ad Operations, with 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record of delivering quality results while managing workloads and timelines.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on Ad Operations experience required.
• Five or more years preferred.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or leading an operational team.
• Experience with at least one major ad platform listed under Qualifications Tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily team activities and prioritize work to meet deadlines and client commitments.
• Manage schedules, attendance, and staffing; coordinate coverage and risks.
• Set performance expectations and provide coaching and feedback; conduct reviews as needed.
• Monitor dashboards and quality metrics; drive actionable improvements.
