Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Ad Trafficking Supervisor in a remote, night-shift role. The candidate will act as a Digital Marketing subject-matter expert, guiding discovery discussions, translating client requirements into scalable service solutions, and leading onboarding for new partnerships.

The role requires deep knowledge of ad operations, campaign workflows, and reporting, with responsibility to coordinate across delivery teams and stakeholders to drive successful launches and ongoing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in digital advertising, primarily within ad operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business process outsourcing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to lead client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Digital Marketing SME during conversations with clients.
• Lead discovery discussions to understand campaign objectives, media plans, trafficking requirements, and reporting needs.
• Document requirements and translate them into practical service recommendations and delivery plans.
• Lead implementations and onboarding for new Digital Marketing partnerships.
• Coordinate among clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure launch readiness and successful go-live.
