Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in the Philippines, is hiring an Associate Ad Operations Specialist for a work-from-home role. This entry-level position supports the setup, launch, monitoring, QA, and reporting of digital ad campaigns across multiple channels, with training provided by senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution is required.
• Up to one year of relevant professional experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in digital advertising, advertising technology, media operations, or campaign management.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, formatting, structured data, and spreadsheet-based reporting, with the capacity to learn more advanced functionality quickly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, identify inconsistencies, investigate problems, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, accept feedback, apply corrections, and adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
• Professional judgment when handling confidential company and client information.

Responsibilities

• Campaign setup, execution, and ongoing maintenance across ad servers and platforms.
• Enter and maintain campaign information, including dates, budgets, targeting, assets, tracking URLs.
• Upload assets and assist with tags, pixels, trackers, and measurement components.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, status, and performance indicators.
• Prepare recurring reports and pacing summaries using Excel.
• Follow SOPs, QA checklists, and escalation paths.
• Maintain campaign trackers and document issues and resolutions.
