Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Ad Operations Specialist for a work-from-home role in the Philippines. The position supports setup, launch, monitoring, QA, reporting, and ongoing maintenance of digital campaigns.

The candidate will work with internal teams and may have client-facing duties depending on the team assignment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, data- and tech-savvy, and eager to build a career in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Up to one year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in digital advertising, advertising technology, or campaign management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup and Execution across multiple ad channels and platforms.
• Maintain campaign information: dates, budgets, targeting, assets, and tags.
• Upload assets and assist with tags, pixels, and tracking.
• Pre-launch and post-launch QA against instructions and plans.
• Monitor delivery, pacing, spend, and creative status; escalate issues.
• Prepare reports, pacing summaries, and status updates using Excel.
• Support revisions and optimizations; verify changes are implemented.
• Follow SOPs, document QA, and maintain accurate trackers and records.
