Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Video Editor to own the edit stage of our high-volume creative production across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads. You will report to the Creative Producer and shape storytelling through cuts, color, rhythm, and AI-assisted workflows.

You will collaborate daily with the editing team, test new hooks, and help refine our playbook to maintain quality at scale while meeting platform specs.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals; dramaturgy, pacing, camera language.
• 3+ years professional video editing experience with a diverse portfolio.
• Experience with AI video platforms and selecting the right tool.
• Awareness of AI news and ability to transfer tools into workflow.
• Proficiency in professional editing software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere) and knowledge of motion graphics.
• Organized, fast, reliable, able to ship at volume.
• Strong English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Edit video content across formats with strong narrative structure.
• Iterate on creatives using performance data.
• Generate AI footage and assemble into final renders.
• Deliver per-platform final specs for TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, Google Ads.
• Work daily with the Creative Producer and editing team.
• Refine editing playbook for consistent quality at volume.
