Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Metro Manila team in a remote day-shift arrangement. You will handle core AR tasks, reconcile trackers, ensure timely payments, and assist month-end activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5-year experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform core accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile Additional Billing trackers.
• Ensure customer payments are recorded in a timely manner and reconciled with bank transactions.
• Calculate revenue accruals at month-end.
• Assist in the month-end closing process.
• Prepare price increase letters as required.
• Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned.
