Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Coordinator to ensure accurate vendor invoice processing across multiple entities. The role involves coding invoices, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting month-end close, all while maintaining detailed financial records and clear communication with vendors.

You will work 100% remotely in a position that offers USD compensation and requires coordination within UK time zones.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Mediaocean, or Strata
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with multitasking and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience working in UK Time Zone

Responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Review and process a high volume of vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations and entities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Account Reconciliation: Request vendor account statements, perform reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and respond to inquiries.
Financial Reporting Support: Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including generating and distributing billing reports to stakeholders
