Job summary

FSR Accounting Services is seeking an Accounting and Tax Compliance Officer to handle the preparation, review, and submission of accounting reports and tax returns in a timely manner.

You will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses, ensuring compliance with BIR and other statutory requirements. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with an accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Analyze Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with BIR and statutory requirements.
• Support tax audits and government compliance activities.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
