Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accounting Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of accounting-related experience.
• At least 1 year experience as Payroll Accountant.
• Experience processing 80 to 100 employee salaries.
• High level of integrity to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update books of accounts accurately.
• Calculate employee work hours and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Respond to employee questions about compensation and benefits.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
