Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. You will act as the intermediary between supplier partners, procurement, and internal accounting to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.

You will perform three-way matching, handle AP, assist with month-end close, and maintain strong vendor relations while upholding internal controls. If you bring detail orientation and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or similar finance role.
• Hands-on experience processing, validating, and recording supplier invoices accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on invoice discrepancies; raise alerts on anomalies.
• Process invoices including three-way matching (invoice, PO, delivery docket) using finance tools.
• Handle day-to-day accounts payable tasks: verify, classify, and record transactions.
• Maintain vendor information; onboard suppliers and obtain missing invoices/credits.
• Monitor supplier statement reconciliation regularly; resolve discrepancies.
