Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree in Accountancy or closely related field.
• Experience with Philippine payroll, statutory contributions, tax records or corporate compliance.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, careful written English and reliable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and management reports.
• Prepare payroll, Philippine tax and statutory contribution information for review and filing (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Maintain the compliance calendar and corporate supporting records.
• Prepare bank and payment documents and investigate discrepancies; final payment approval remains with the business owner.
• Assist with minutes, filing preparation, process improvement and broader virtual administration.
• Coordinate with external accountants or lawyers for specialist matters.
