Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting for a multi-entity US client base, including accruals, intercompany balances, and commissions. The role demands strong Excel skills, CPA preferred, and a proven track record with US GAAP.

You will run payroll across entities, leverage AI tools to streamline reconciliations, and collaborate with US client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with AI tooling is a plus.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and multi-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accrual accounting for 7 entities (4 Insurance, 2 Utility Concierge, 1 Investment).
• Manage intercompany AP/AR reconciliations and 1099/sales tax preparation.
• Process carrier commissions and integrate payouts into payroll.
• Execute payroll across all entities and perform reconciliations; track workflows using accounting software.
