Job summary

Real Hires is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to build strong ABA teams. This fully remote role leverages your ABA background to identify qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage hiring processes across RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and BCBAs.

A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and organizational skills. Your ABA expertise will drive effective candidate matching, with collaboration between recruiting and operations to meet urgent staffing needs and deliver

Qualifications

Professional ABA experience is required.
Experience recruiting RBTs, Technicians, BCBAs, or similar ABA professionals.
Experience in recruitment, interviewing, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Recruit qualified ABA professionals including RBTs, Technicians, and BCBAs.
Conduct interviews to understand candidates’ experience, qualifications, availability, and career goals.
Use ABA knowledge to identify qualified candidates and assess fit for opportunities.
Manage candidates through the recruitment process using our ATS.
Handle a high volume of interviews, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
Match candidates with roles based on skills, location, and availability.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruitment updates.
Communicate promptly to create a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with recruiting and operations to meet urgent staffing needs.
