Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. seeks a seasoned 3D Event Designer & CAD Draftsperson to develop 3D models and technical drawings for live events, installations, and custom fabrications.

The role combines creative visualization with precise drafting to produce client-ready visuals and production documents. Strong experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential design is essential; a robust portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D design, CAD drafting, event visualisation or related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showing 3D renders and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with one or more 3D platforms: SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Maya or Cinema 4D.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and visualisations for event concepts, layouts, installations, staging, and custom-built elements.
• Produce photorealistic renders with materials, textures, lighting, branding, and environment details.
• Create accurate CAD drawings including event layouts, site plans, build drawings, fabrication details, elevations and BOMs.
• Prepare technical drawings with dimensions, annotations, specifications.
• Translate concepts and site information into production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with event planners, production teams, vendors, and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Prepare DWG, STEP, and other technical files for vendors and fabrication teams.
• Support custom fabrication with clear, accurate drawings for manufacturing or CNC.
• Perform clash detection and review layouts to avoid spatial conflicts.
• Consider spatial planning, AV integration, safety, accessibility during design.
• Optimise models for presentations, virtual walkthroughs, and file performance.
• Maintain organised design files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects against production schedules and deadlines.
