Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Drafter or Architectural Draftsperson in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Working Drawings and Concept Design: prepare accurate drawings and proposals to meet client specs.
- Permit Documentation & Council Liaison: compile permit applications and documentation for approvals.
- Site & Environmental Analysis: conduct site plans, BAL assessments.
- VR & Marketing Imagery: create 3D renders for client presentations.
- ESD Research: integrate Ecological Sustainable Design principles.
- Document & File Management: maintain organized project records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with managers and teams.
- Commercial Concept Support: generate technical reports for opportunities.
