Job summary

RemoteVA in Manila is seeking a talented 2D & 3D Drafter / 3D Rendering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will convert concepts, sketches, or plans into precise 2D technical drawings, detailed 3D models, and realistic visual presentations with strong attention to accuracy.

You will produce floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other drawings; apply realistic textures, lighting, and finishes; interpret design concepts, revise work based on feedback, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Proven experience as a 2D/3D Drafter, Architectural Drafter, 3D Visualiser, or similar role.
Strong 2D drafting ability and attention to detail.
Ability to produce realistic 3D renderings and visualisations.

Responsibilities

Create accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings
Develop detailed 3D models based on designs, plans, and concepts
Produce realistic and photorealistic 3D renderings
Create floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, finishes, and details to 3D models
Interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings and models
Make revisions based on project requirements and feedback
Ensure drawings and renderings meet quality and project standards
Work closely with designers and project teams
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
