RELIEVER PLANT ACCOUNTANT 2 (PA2)

We are looking for a Reliever Plant Accountant 2 who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to be assigned to different plant locations based on operational and relief requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related financial course.

Experience

• Experience in accounting, inventory control, audit, or plant/operations accounting is an advantage but not required
• Prior exposure to PA2 or Inventory Control (IC) functions is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including filters, pivot tables, and reconciliation templates
• Working knowledge of NAV or similar ERP systems is an advantage
• Good understanding of inventory accounting and internal controls

• Highly adaptable and able to quickly understand different plant operations and environments
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Assigned on a rotating or as‑needed basis across different plants and locations
• Primarily plant‑based, with frequent exposure to operational and warehouse areas
• May require extended working hours during month‑end closing, audits, investigations, or **??**
• Must be willing to travel and be deployed to different plant locations as needed

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday to Sunday with one (1) day off
• Schedule may vary depending on relief requirements, operational needs, and urgency
