Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, a global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions, seeks a Reliability Test Engineer to perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and support failure analysis. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust product performance and drive continuous improvement across the qualification process.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE), plus strong circuit analysis skills

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (COE), or a graduate of a relevant technology course.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and monitoring lots, including pre-stress (time zero) and post-stress points, plus testing of customer complaint units.
• Coordinate with the Reliability Planner, Production, and Engineering groups for needed support.
• Generate and submit pre-stress and post-reliability test data, drift reports, and customer complaint reports for approval and ETQ upload.
• Submit reliability qualification samples and log sheets to the AMPI Reliability team.
• Perform other sustaining tasks and contribute to departmental KPIs while pursuing continuous learning.
