Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, a global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions, seeks a Reliability Test Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila, Philippines. You will execute electrical testing for reliability qualifications and support failure analysis to ensure robust product performance.

Collaborate with Reliability, Production, and Engineering groups to coordinate tests, generate pre-stress and post-stress data, and deliver reports for approval while contributing to KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in ECE/EE/COE or related tech field.
• Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit analysis and test methodology.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and monitor lots.
• Support failure analysis of customer complaint units and assist with investigations.
• Set up machines, analyze test data, and debug test-related problems.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planner, Production, and Engineering for test schedules.
• Generate pre-stress and post-stress data and reports for approvals.
