Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in coal-fired thermal power plant operations and maintenance with at least 2 years in performance/reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset reliability and risk, perform root-cause analyses, and use condition monitoring to minimize disruptions.
• Track plant performance (heat rate) and subsystem performance; conduct inspections to resolve availability losses.
• Prepare compliance reports, generation statistics, and regulatory submissions for stakeholders and market requirements.
• Ensure ISO standards compliance (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 55001) and safeguard data integrity and site safety.
