Job summary

Axelum Resources Corp. is seeking a technically competent Reliability Engineer to drive equipment reliability, plant performance, and maintenance operations.

You will implement reliability strategies, analyze performance data, and develop preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and boost efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed engineer is an advantage.
• Experience in reliability/maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance and RCA.
• Familiarity with MTBF/MTTR and reliability indicators.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Conduct failure analysis and RCA to identify recurring issues.
• Analyze equipment performance data and downtime reports.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability.
• Identify equipment risks and recommend engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Support condition monitoring activities (vibration, thermography, etc.).
• Assist in evaluating modifications, upgrades, replacements.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for improvement.
