Cosmetique Asia Corporation is seeking an Equipment Reliability Supervisor to drive reliability programs and quantify improvements in plant equipment. You will lead a team of reliability technicians and work with maintenance, operations, and engineering to minimize downtime and control costs.

The role requires a mechanical or engineering degree with 5–8 years in maintenance or reliability, plus at least 2 years in supervision. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) or related field.
• 5–8 years of maintenance or reliability experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles.
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and RC maintenance (RCM).
• Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and RCM methods.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management and planning capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement equipment reliability programs to maximize asset performance.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance initiatives.
• Analyze equipment failures using RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment health using predictive maintenance tools.
• Supervise and mentor reliability technicians.
• Review maintenance KPIs like availability and adherence to plan.
• Collaborate with Production to improve equipment performance.
• Identify chronic issues and recommend design or process improvements.
• Manage reliability projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
