Job summary

UnionBank Region 5-Bicol seeks a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to grow deposits and the customer base through proactive business development and relationship management. You will acquire new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and promote banking products while ensuring compliance with policies.

Collaborating with branch teams, you will deliver excellent service, meet sales targets, and identify cross‑selling opportunities across loans, credit cards, and bancassurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.

• Familiarity with BSP regulations, AML/KYC, and banking compliance.

About The Role

The Relationship Manager-Retail Banking is responsible for growing the bank's deposit portfolio and customer base through proactive business development and relationship management.
