Job summary

Cocogen Insurance, Inc. in Pasig is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Officer to monitor collections, coordinate with sales on commitment dates, and verify supporting documents.

You will gather and consolidate approved documents for premium payments, upload them to the system, and process daily premiums payable while reviewing binders and payments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or a similar course and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor collections and coordinate with sales units on commitment dates and required actions.
• Verify supporting documents such as Payment Order Application Forms, signed binders, and invoices.
• Gather and consolidate approved supporting documents for premium payment requests and upload them to the system.
• Process and generate daily premiums payable, review accounts with released binders and payments, and prepare Payment Requests within warranty periods or agreed payment terms.
