Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage cash-related aspects of facultative assumed and ceded accounting.

You will enter and reconcile cash, assist collections, and ensure accurate billing and SOX-compliant controls within the reinsurance system. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily cash receipts and disbursements in the reinsurance system.
• Apply cash receipts and disbursements.
• Assist in collecting overdue account receivable/payable balances.
• Research, document and resolve unapplied cash issues.
• Collaborate with Reinsurance Accounting team to resolve cash discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly cash reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly billing statements.
• Review and post bound XOL contracts in the reinsurance system.
• Ensure SOX controls are maintained and followed.
