Collins Aerospace PH is seeking an EASA Compliance Specialist to ensure organizational alignment with EASA regulatory requirements, through gap analysis, procedure development, and training oversight.

This role supports readiness for new projects by maintaining regulatory alignment across operations, engineering, and quality, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years experience in Quality Engineering / QMS roles (or equivalent) within an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, including Part-IS, AMC, and GM.
  • Experience performing regulatory gap analysis and compliance assessments.
  • Experience developing procedures, manuals, and training materials.
  • Prior experience in an aerospace or aviation-regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience leading audits and managing corrective actions

  • Prepare evidence and responses for internal and external audits.
  • Develop, update, and maintain manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and deliver regulatory training, ensuring training content reflects current requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management and other stakeholders to support readiness objectives.

Job Summary

The EASA Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with EASA regulatory requirements through structured gap analysis, procedure development and training oversight. This role supports EASA readiness for new projects and products by maintaining regulatory alignment.

What You Will Do
Regulatory Compliance & Gap Analysis

Conduct comprehensive reviews and gap analyses of applicable EASA requirements, including but not limited to:

  • EASA Regulations, AMC, and GM
  • Part-IS requirements

Identify compliance gaps and define corrective actions to ensure full regulatory alignment.

Support EASA readiness activities for new projects, products, or program introductions.

Documentation, Procedure and Business System Management

Develop, update, and maintain manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with EASA and internal requirements.

  • Update and site procedures as required.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Training & Competency Development
  • Develop and deliver regulatory training, including but not limited to EASA Regulatory Training.
  • Ensure training content reflects current regulatory requirements and organizational procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement of safety culture through targeted training initiatives.
Stakeholder & Program Support
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for EASA, FAA, etc
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, PSO, etc) to support compliance and readiness objectives.
  • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of evidence and responses.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, Quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
