Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced regulatory affairs professional to coordinate importation, licensing, and product registrations for market access and distribution. You will liaise with suppliers, ensure compliance, and support documentation across distribution channels.

Camiliar with regulatory requirements, you will prepare reports and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to optimize product availability and timeliness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably with experience in regulatory compliance, product registration, importation, distribution, logistics, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor the registration, licensing, notification, permits, and other regulatory requirements for importation, sale, and distribution of products in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to facilitate timely importation and delivery of products.
• Assist in ensuring imported products have necessary documentation and approvals prior to distribution.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and other teams regarding availability and distribution schedules.
• Prepare reports, trackers, monitoring sheets, and other regulatory and distribution-related documents.
