Qualifications

• Experience performing quality assurance reviews, control testing, or internal audit in financial services.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance frameworks and regulatory programs.
• Experience evaluating design/effectiveness of controls and documenting evidence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of Regulatory Change Management controls and data.
• Assess whether regulatory changes are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively.
• Provide practical challenge and guidance to senior management for independent testing standards.
• Evaluate data quality and reliability of management reporting and records used in the process.
• Draft observations and recommendations with risk-based remediation plans.
• Prepare high-quality reports and closures for senior management and regulators.
