Job summary

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with government agencies, law firms, and internal teams in the Philippines. 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a legal or corporate setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist legal officers in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, position papers, and memoranda.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Maintain and update legal files, case records, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor deadlines, hearings, and legal schedules; prepare documentation for court or administrative proceedings.
• Liaise with government agencies, law firms, and company departments as required.
• Provide administrative support to the Legal Department including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all legal matters and sensitive information.
• Support in reviewing corporate policies and procedures for legal compliance.
• Assist in handling labor-related issues, documentation, and case preparation (if applicable).
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Legal Officer or immediate supervisor.
