Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory/QA Assistant to ensure compliance and maintain high quality standards in medicines. You will support our warehouse operations with QA/QC tasks and regulatory documentation.

Onsite in Quezon City, you will assist inspections, manage logs, COAs, and CAPA tracking, while helping archive files and maintain current document versions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, QA, Life Sciences, or a related allied health field.
• Experience or internship in QA/QC, regulatory affairs, or warehouse operations.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome.
• Familiarity with FDA labeling regulations (AO 2016-0008), CPR details, GSDP standards, and CAPA tracking.
• Strong attention to detail, organized file management, and clear communication.
• On-site work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Pharmacist with receiving inspections and 100% visual checks on retention samples.
• Verify labels against CPR documents and FDA labeling standards, apply QC stickers.
• Maintain daily inspection logs, generate QA/QC forms, and upload COAs to Google Drive.
• Archive outdated files and ensure only active document versions are available.
• Track daily productivity and complete onboarding/deployment plans on time.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory/QA Assistant to ensure compliance and maintain high quality standards, supporting our mission to deliver safe, effective, and cost-efficient medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Pharmacist with receiving inspections, conduct 100% visual checks on retention samples, verify labels against approved CPR documents and FDA generic labeling standards (AO 2016-0008), and apply appropriate QC stickers
• Maintain daily inspection logs, generate QA/QC forms, and upload manufacturer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to Google Drive while filing physical copies
• Assist with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), help conduct monthly warehouse inspections, update monitoring logs, and follow up on open CAPA items
• Receive, log, and organize retention samples by expiry date, and label/prep materials for authorized product disposals
• Archive outdated files, ensure only active document versions are available, track daily productivity, and complete onboarding/deployment plans on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, or a related allied health field
• Background in QA/QC, regulatory affairs, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Fresh pharmacy/QA graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
• Basic understanding of FDA labeling regulations (AO 2016-0008), CPR details, GSDP standards, and CAPA tracking
• Strong visual attention to detail, organized file management skills (Google Drive, Spreadsheets), and effective communication
• Amenable to work fully onsite in Quezon City
