Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.
• Must be a Registered Social Worker.
• Experience in child welfare, residential care, case management, NGO, shelter, or DSWD-related work is an advantage.
• Fresh board passers may be considered.
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
• Compassionate, organized, emotionally mature, and dependable.
• Willing to work on-site in Lipa City, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Handle case management, assessment, monitoring, and intervention planning for children under care.
• Prepare and maintain case records, social case study reports, progress notes, and other documents.
• Coordinate with DSWD, LGUs, partner agencies, families, and stakeholders as needed.
• Assist in admissions, referrals, reintegration, or placement processes.
• Monitor the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
• Support child protection concerns, crisis situations, and sensitive case handling.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of child and family information.
• Support compliance with government requirements and internal standards.
