Job summary

Generika Drugstore is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate, and ethical dispensing of medicines. You will counsel patients, guide proper medicine use, and support daily pharmacy operations including OTC products and inventory.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharmacy degree, are licensed, and have 6 months of retail experience or are new graduates who passed the board exam. POS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy required and licensed to practice.
• Fresh graduates who passed the board are welcome to apply if unexpired.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately process, prepare, dispense, and record prescriptions and medication orders, ensuring proper dosage, labeling, packaging, and storage.

• Review prescriptions for appropriateness and safety, including dosage, drug interactions, contraindications, and potential side effects.

• Provide professional medication counseling to patients and healthcare providers, including proper administration, storage, and safe use of medicines.

• Ensure the quality, safety, and proper handling of medicines and pharmaceutical products, including the preparation and storage of sterile products when required.

• Train, supervise, and support Pharmacy Assistants in proper pharmacy operations and standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals by providing pharmacy-related education, supporting medication protocols and programs, and participating in clinical or pharmaceutical research when applicable.
