Pharmacare in the Philippines seeks a Pharmacist to dispense medications and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and compounding.
Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for safety and efficacy, counseling patients, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with fresh grads welcome.
Dispense medications, medical supplies, and other pharmacy products while ensuring proper preparation, labeling, storage, and compounding of medications.
Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure appropriate therapy, correct dosage, and prevent potential drug interactions.
Counsel patients on safe medication use and report any erroneous, invalid, or violative prescriptions to the FDA.
Manage inventory operations by sourcing suppliers, receiving orders, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Maintain accurate records by encoding medicines and supplies into the system and preparing purchase orders and daily income reports.
Ensure the quality, safety, efficacy, and proper storage of medicines and pharmaceutical supplies.
Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including government reporting and documentation.
Protect the confidentiality of patient, company, and pharmacy-related information.
Stay current with pharmaceutical developments, evaluate relevant materials, and provide drug education through lectures, trainings, and seminars.
Supervise pharmacy personnel, monitor workflow, and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary pharmacy environment.
Coordinate pharmacy operations, manage project timelines and company initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by management.
Graduate of BS Pharmacy.
With at least 1-2 years of work experience in the medical industry or any related field.
With valid and active PRC license.
Should possess a good attention to details.
Willingness to be assigned in community-clinic/pharmacy.
