The role requires a licensed nurse (PRC) and a BSN, with inpatient care and IV insertion experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse (PRC License required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic clinical procedures.
• Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be currently residing in Congressional.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
• Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
• Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
