Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Paco Chemotherapy Center as a full-time team member responsible for safe chemotherapy administration, monitoring, and patient support during treatment.

The role requires PRC licensure, a BSN, and inpatient care experience; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Resident in Paco Manila is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with PRC license.
• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Clinical or hospital experience preferred.
• Proficient in IV insertion and inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
• Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
• Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
• Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.

About the role

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Paco Chemotherapy Center. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment. As a Registered Nurse in our chemotherapy center, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring safe medication administration, symptom management, and emotional support during a critical phase of patients' healthcare journey. This role is strategically important to our mission of providing comprehensive and compassionate oncology services to our community.

Key responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.

What we're looking for
