Job summary

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Congressional Chemotherapy Center in a full-time capacity. You will deliver care to patients receiving chemotherapy, ensuring safe medication administration, symptom management, and emotional support throughout treatment.

The role requires a licensed nurse (PRC) and a BSN, with inpatient care and IV insertion experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse (PRC License required).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic clinical procedures.
Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be currently residing in Congressional.

Responsibilities

Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
Adhere strictly to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.
