Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Pure Water, Wastewater, Electrical, and Mechanical systems at our facility in Batangas. The role requires ensuring 100% uptime, safety, and timely maintenance documentation.

On-call support is part of the duties. Starting salary is PHP 17,550.00 with benefits including OT, HMO with dependents, 13th month pay, and training sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• With or without experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Pure Water and Wastewater System.
• Maintain the Pure Water and Wastewater System.
• Operate Electrical System.
• Operate, maintain & improve Mechanical Equipment (compressor, HVAC, fire protection, sanitary, plumbing).
• Attend to immediate utility trouble and power issues.
• Generate Maintenance and Trouble Reports.
• Ensure all equipment is 100% operational.
• Coordinate with production regarding equipment maintenance.
• On-call response as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Operation of the Pure Water and Wastewater System
• Maintenance of the Pure Water and Wastewater System
• Operation of Electrical System
• Operation, Maintenance & Improvement of Mechanical Equipment such as Compressor, HVAC, Fire Protection, Sanitary, and Plumbing System
• Attend to immediate action on Utility trouble and power failure/fluctuation.
• Improve the Utility System and the setting of the work standard
• Maintain and confirm the safety of the Equipment
• Generation of Maintenance and Trouble Report
• Ensure all equipment is 100% operational.
• Make the process flow chart and work standard
• Maintain the documentation, e.g., Work Standard, drawing, and so on
• Check, maintain, and preserve the Utility equipment and tools.
• Records and monitors all machine downtime and parts replacement.
• Reviews and controls consumption of indirect materials and spare parts.
• Coordinate with production regarding equipment maintenance.
• On-call response as per management's requirement.
