John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to operate and maintain water and wastewater systems in Batangas. The role includes electrical and mechanical equipment duties, safety checks, and documentation of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Pure Water and Wastewater System
• Maintain the Pure Water and Wastewater System
• Operate the Electrical System
• Operate, maintain & improve mechanical equipment (compressor, HVAC, fire protection, sanitary, plumbing)
• Attend to utility trouble and power issues
• Improve utility system and set work standards
• Ensure safety of equipment
• Generate maintenance and trouble reports
• Ensure all equipment is 100% operational
• Create process flow charts and work standards
• Maintain documentation (work standards, drawings)
• Check and preserve utility equipment and tools
• Record and monitor machine downtime and parts replacement
• Review consumption of indirect materials and spare parts
• Coordinate with production on equipment maintenance
• On-call as required by management

1. 1. Operation of the Pure Water and Wastewater System
2. 2. Maintenance of the Pure Water and Wastewater System
3. 3. Operation of Electrical System
4. 4. Operation, Maintenance & Improvement of Mechanical Equipment such as Compressor, HVAC, Fire Protection, Sanitary, and Plumbing System
5. 5. Attend to immediate action on Utility trouble and power failure/fluctuation.
6. 6. Improve the Utility System and the setting of the work standard
7. 7. Maintain and confirm the safety of the Equipment
8. 8. Generation of Maintenance and Trouble Report
9. 9. Ensures all equipment is 100% operational.
10. 10. Make the process flow chart and work standard
11. 11. Maintain the documentation, e.g., Work Standard, drawing, and so on
12. 12. Check, maintain, and preserve the Utility equipment and tools.
